5-Year Warranty

When installed in line with our official installation guide, your THINK FORTE ForteCast® is warranted for up to 5 years against:

• Delamination from a correctly prepared and primed substrate
• Cracking under normal domestic and light commercial use
• UV colour fade and yellowing of the resin binder

The warranty applies to the original purchaser and requires the system to be installed following our published guide, on a sound, dry and suitably prepared surface. Full written terms are included with every order.

The warranty does not cover damage from structural movement or rising damp, installation that deviates from our guide, abuse, abrasion from unsuitable cleaning, or general wear in excess of the rated use. It does not affect your statutory rights.

To make a claim, email info@thinkforte.com with your order reference and photos of the issue. Our team will assess it and arrange a remedy where the claim is valid under these terms.
