Fast, tracked EU delivery and a clear returns policy on every order.
Most orders are delivered within 7–21 days via tracked courier across the EU. Larger exterior quantities may ship on a pallet and can take toward the longer end of that window.
Delivery is free on all EU orders over €1,000. Below that, a flat tracked delivery fee is calculated at checkout.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
We offer a returns window on unopened kits and full components where applicable. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the goods.
Samples are charged at a small fee and refunded against your first full kit order. Opened resin and aggregate cannot be returned unless faulty.
Kits are built to the exact area you enter. Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications. If you are unsure, order a sample first.
If anything is damaged in transit or incorrect, email us with a photo within 48 hours and we will send a free replacement.
